The food quality was disappointing. I found the food often cold. the themed restaurant proved a letdown, with dishes not meeting expectations. also, there was a persistent smell throughout the hotel, particularly around the third floor (i found this unpleasant).

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room had a marvelous view from the balcony. I received cakes because I was a returning guest. I used one of the touchscreens in reception to select a suitable date.

The food was average. Dirty glasses and toilets smelled of urine. This was an issue. The balcony was tiny and unusable.
