the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly, these met my minimal requirement.

I found the lifts to be unacceptably slow. Waiting became a constant inconvenience. they clearly need to address the inadequate lift system to meet expected standards. its a facility i consider essential.

the room was spacious and modern, providing enough space for our needs.

The food quality was disappointing. I found the food often cold. the themed restaurant proved a letdown, with dishes not meeting expectations. also, there was a persistent smell throughout the hotel, particularly around the third floor (i found this unpleasant).
